Sarawak
If you have a month in Sabah and Sarawak, read my proposed route, as follows:
** I assume that you will arrive in Kuching, first of all the way up to Kota Kinabalu in Sabah,
Kuching City Center Tour (1 day):
You can search for Sarawak Museum, Islamic Museum, the Museum of Chinese, Waterfront Park, Main Bazaar shopping for souvenirs, visit the Fort Margherita (with a small boat from Waterfront Park), Satok Weekend Market (weekends only), various ancient Chinese temple in the City Centre , Sarawak Mosque, India Street, a wet fish market (at the end of Waterfront Park).
Off-Kuching City Tour (1 day):
Visit the Cat Museum Santubung or Buntal fishing village, Damai Beach, Damai Lagoon Resort, hiking Mount Santubung, Sarawak Cultural Village, a village Buntal Seafood Restaurant for dinner before returning to Kuching. They are all in the same area!
Bako National Park (3 days 2 nights):
There are a lot of tracks on the Trek and enjoy the flora and fauna. You must rent a boat for you in the park from Bako village transfer. Check with rowers, whether you rent it at night you can have wild crocodiles in the river cruise (I can not guarantee that because no one had done this, but ask I know, only if you can spot crocodiles seen in the wild, you need spot light anyway ). During your stay at Bako National Park, you may chance, many opportunities for wildlife observation. Not falling asleep too early at night, many nights jungle trekking through the wilderness and to be overwhelmed actively hunting for food at night. You can search for the beautiful waterfalls and during that time of day and also walk to the beautiful beaches, but the track is demanding, however,. Food there is good & cheap!
Annah Rais Longhouse Adventure Program (3 days 2 nights):
This is an old and authentic Bidayuh longhouse. You can make a day trip or long houses Adventure & Homestay Program to make the ship of the traditional ways of life, mixed with the local and test all the traditional dishes and drinks. Google "Annah Rais Long House" for more information on the Homestay Program.

After your trip to Annah Rais longhouse, you can follow with a visit Semenggoh Orangutan Wildlife Centre, Crocodile Farm and garden plant pot!
Flying Air Asia to Miri & Downtown Tour (1 or 2 days)
Even if you can take the bus, but flying with Air Asia, saving time and money, because they promote from time to time and may be cheaper than a bus, kill your have a full day. In Miri, there are many local attractions in Sarawak Tourism Website for more information.
Mulu National Park (3D/2N or 4D/3N):
This is the best national park in Sarawak (probably the best in the entire island of Borneo), you will always be on the official website for more information. By far, I personally believe that this is the best national park in Sarawak, many things to see and do, because only 3 days and 2 nights may not quite enough. So if you have more time, is the best 4 days 3 nights. If you need a little luxury in the Mulu National Park you can choose to stay with Royal Mulu Resort.
Kota Kinabalu - City Tour (2 days)
It's basically a lot of what you can do in Kota Kinabalu. You can water visit Theme Park World, The Waterfront (best at night), Cap Kuda Coffee Factory think (I personally believe that there is worth a visit), City Mosque, Sabah State Mosque, North Borneo Railway, Handicraft market (at Jalan Tun FAUD Stephens), Gaya Street Sunday Market (Sunday only), Tamu penampang (Thursday and Friday), Kota Kinabalu Wetland Park Centre, Monsopiad Cultural Village & State Museum & Heritage Village.
Diving at Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (1 day):
The park is located within a short boat ride from the Knowledge Centre. Check out the local dive center for scuba diving in the Park in Kota Kinabalu. Just a day to dive in the park is good enough because there will be more dive trips, if you are on Sipadan Mabul or Iceland.
Whitewater Rafting on Padas (1 or 2 days)
Normally you will book the trip from Kota Kinabalu and the tour will start from Kota Kinabalu. If you are not adventurous enough, you can skip. It is cool, but it can be very suitable for children. It can be very dangerous on fast is too extreme at the time, but in general it is still safe!
Labuan Wreck Diving in Iceland (3 days)
Labuan in itself is a great place to visit and many things you can do well. However, I would suggest that you get everything else behind the first & get later if you spend even more time after your wreck diving in Labuan. There are several shipwreck site, which is very well suited for wreck dive, dive trip to check out dive center in Labuan. You can take the ferry to Labuan from Kota Kinabalu to go.
Kinabalu National Park (2 days or more):
There are few areas in the vicinity of the park and the only resort directly at the park Sutera Sanctuary Lodge. If you need to climb Mount Kinabalu, please book with tour operators and "Advanced." You may have to spend several days in the park when you go to climb the mountain. Make sure you have good physical fitness, fit, and good hiking boots, thick jacket, hiking & Crew, etc. After the hike, you can visit called HotSpring near Poring Hotspring. Visit the dairy farm in Kundasng also try their fresh milk (really really fresh ...).
Sandakan - Sukau - Kinabatangan River Safari (3 or 4 days)
The river safari in the Kinabatangan River is the best way to discover many wild animals as buffalo, monkeys, crocodiles, huge monitor lizard, etc. and you have many options for the type of tour, but I personally recommend you to go to Uncle Tan, specializing the to organize such tours in the lower Kinabatangan River and wildlife on site. Google tan "uncle" for more information.
Lahad Datu - Danum Valley (2 days)
Danum Valley is a place that is really worth a visit and I personally believe that you do not miss the beautiful place in Sabah. You can have many endangered species, including the local Sumatran rhinoceros, elephant Benteng, clouded leopard, Borneo Gibbon, Orangutan, Leaf Monkey & etc. The only place in Danum Valley, Borneo Rainforest Lodge live with, but it can be very expensive if you is a stranger. If you are Malaysian, please rate them for Malaysian's. The alternative is to stay at the Danum Valley Field Centre. You can try asking in her office to Lahad Datu for the night at their campsite at the Danum Valley Field Centre. Well, they are not there to serve tourists, but ask politely, and you can get a very cheap rent camping, I can not guarantee that you will actually talk, but would not hurt!
Semporna - Sipadan diving in Iceland (3 days)
There are several ways out for you if you choose to dive Sipadan Island. If you want a luxury dive trip, you can choose to stay with Sipadan Water Village Resort, Sipadan Mabul Resort, Sipadan Kapalai Resort and Borneo Divers Mabul Resort. For the budget traveler, you might consider, Seaventures and Uncle Chang. Alternatively, you can choose to live, to unite with Scuba Junkie Semporna Sipadan Dive Travel & its daily departure from Semporna. In addition to all these sites, you can also choose to stay with Mata King The Reef Dive Resort. However, it will be far from Sipadan island Mata King Island and they have an extra fee if you go to Sipadan for diving during your stay, want with them.
Tawau - Maliau Basin or fly back to Kuala Lumpur:
Maliau Basin, also known as The Lost World of Sabah, with a beautiful waterfall 7 levels. Lots of wildlife to see, but there is no public transport and not easily accessible. You have to go with the tour operator and only 4x4 able distance. This trip is very expensive, it costs more than a thousand Malaysian ringgit per person, so it's worth it? Now you decide!
You can take a flight back to Kuala Lumpur from Tawau with Air Asia. Hope you have a wonderful trip in Borneo, then!
